October 7, 2002 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

BENEFIT PERFORMANCE AT CHESTER'S PLACE, Dickson Street, Fayetteville

Underground Muse Project, one of Fayetteville's hottest new groups, will
play a benefit performance Friday October 18 at Chester's Place in
support of the medical marijuana campaign in Arkansas. Cover charge is
$6.

Volunteers for the Arkansas Alliance for Medical Marijuana will host an
information table throughout the evening, featuring the group's latest
t-shirts. One design lists 66 reasons to support medical marijuana on
the back of the shirt, available in white and poppy orange. The other
design features an understated "RX" on the front pocket area, with the
"X" created by a Cannabis leaf. This shirt is available in kiwi green
and khaki. The traditional favorite shirt will also be available, a
heather gray shirt with the red cross/marijuana leaf logo. Shirts sell
for $15.

Also available at the Alliance table will be the Alliance's popular
stickers, information packets, copies of the AAMM Report, and legislator
postcards for supporters to sign, which will be distributed to their
elected representatives.
